Shipping & Processing Policy
Shipping Cost
Free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Returns & Refunds
We stand behind the quality of Layloom jewelry and aim to make returns fair and transparent.
Change of Mind Returns
- Return Window: 30 days from delivery
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging
- Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Return Instructions: Please contact support@layloomjewelry.com before returning any item so we can provide the correct return instructions. Do not send items back to the address on the package.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Damaged, Missing, or Late Orders
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photo evidence.
We will offer either:
- A full refund, or
- A free replacement, at no cost to you
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 days from dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Legal Consumer Rights (Required Notices)
European Union & United Kingdom Customers
If you are located in the EU or UK, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be in unused condition and returned following our return instructions. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Australian Customers
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Canadian Customers
This policy is subject to applicable federal and provincial consumer protection laws.
Important Notes
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
- Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled before processing begins. Once processed or shipped, the order must be handled as a return.
- Customs & Duties: Where applicable, customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Address Accuracy: Layloom is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
